This product is a shim component used in the assembly process of hydraulic generators. The material is SPCC (cold-rolled steel sheet), and the size is 2×40×50. Shims are used during assembly to change the fitting of parts when precision is not achieved. There are various materials and shapes available, and it is necessary to select them considering workability and usage environment. The shim processed this time was requested by the customer to prioritize sliding properties, and we proposed a solid lubrication treatment (Paryube treatment) with good wear resistance. In this way, our company can also handle post-processing comprehensively. If you provide us with information about the usage environment, we will propose the optimal surface treatment.
